Netriplex Asheville Acquisition Frequently Asked Questions

Since the announcement of our acquisition of Netriplex’s Asheville facility, we have been approached with a handful of questions. We have gone ahead and compiled these questions and answers to share with all of our customers.  

  1. Will the pricing change on existing contracts? – No, Immedion will honor all existing contracts without price increases.  We will work with each individual customer at time of renewal, but do not anticipate significant price changes at that time either.
  2. What if I have services at other Netriplex locations? – Netriplex will continue to provide services for all customers with services at locations other than Asheville.
  3. How will my support change? – Support procedures, email addresses, and phone numbers will not change in the short term.  Over time, we anticipate integrating the companies’ systems to create a seamless, customer-focused support organization.
  4. Will Netriplex services be available at all Immedion data centers? – We intend to offer all services at each data center location in the near future.
  5. Will my equipment agreements, partner relationships, and or service providers be honored by Immedion? – Yes, we will respect all agreements you have in place at the time of this acquisition.
