Cincinnati, OH (July 2018) Immedion LLC, a premiere provider of Cloud, data center and managed IT services, is pleased to announce the promotion of Chris Blankenship to Customer Services Manager for their Cincinnati location.
In his new role, Blankenship will be responsible for the development, monitoring and enforcement of Immedion’s service delivery policies and processes to ensure stellar customer service for the growing Cincinnati customer base. He will lead both local Managed Services and NOC (Network Operations Center) teams.
As a current Immedion NOC Technician, Blankenship is already familiar with Immedion’s clients, technology and “customer first” philosophy. When combined with his time as Process Lead at Pomeroy, where he regularly collaborated with clients to develop unique solutions based on data analytics, Blankenship is ideally suited for the Customer Services Manager position.
“Chris’s background in Level 1, Level 2 and Process Analytics will help set the bar for performance expectations and process flow at Immedion,” said Edward MacMillan, Immedion’s Director of Customer Services. “We are excited to leverage his expertise to further enhance the customer service experience.”
While serving as Process Lead at Pomeroy, Blankenship’s responsibilities also included report management on service desk metrics and service level agreements and process creation for the client environment. Prior to being Process Lead, he also served Pomeroy as a Level 2 Service Desk Supervisor. Blankenship holds an associates degree.
