Asheville, NC (August 2018) Immedion LLC, a premiere provider of Cloud, data center and managed IT services, is pleased to announce the promotion of Steve Newman to Director of Customer Success. In this new role, Newman will lead Immedion’s Customer Success Team and will be responsible for assessing and managing the satisfaction of Immedion’s customer base across all seven markets.
The Customer Success Team is focused on maximizing customer satisfaction, value and retention. The team works with customers to identify their strategic IT initiatives and proactively provides recommendations to ensure their IT infrastructure solutions align with their business objectives.
Steve previously served as General Manager for Immedion’s Asheville location, where he was responsible for business development and oversight of the Asheville data center. In this role, Newman worked to strengthen Immedion’s presence in the Asheville market and grow the local customer base. His efforts and focus on customer satisfaction have greatly contributed to the success of Immedion’s Asheville market. Steve has more than 20 years of experience in customer advocacy.
