Brad Alexander

Brad Alexander

As Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, Brad is responsible for guiding the company's technology strategy and execution, ensuring maximum uptime and performance, and driving on-going product development. Working with organizations of all sizes and across all industries, Brad is a trusted advisor in helping clients determine the right solution for their IT infrastructure. Brad earned his Computer Information Systems degree from Clemson University.

Dave Young

Dave Young

Dave Young oversees the data centers’ day-to-day operations and sets the strategic direction for Immedion’s engineering, facility management and customer support teams. He is an experienced operations management professional, with previous responsibilities including oversight of shared IT services and maintaining the organization’s strategic plan. Dave holds a bachelor’s degree from Oral Roberts University and an MBA from The University of Texas at Tyler.

Jon Nelson

Jon Nelson

Jon initially joined Immedion as Director of Operations and Engineering in Charleston, and in 2014, Jon was promoted to Director of Operations and Engineering for Immedion’s data center facilities in the Carolinas. As such, Jon implements standard business processes and best practices to ensure our mission-critical operations are protected and always available. He leads Immedion’s site engineering team which provides front-line technical support and our special projects team which recently implemented our ERP (enterprise resource planning) software. Jon Nelson earned a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and Computer Information Systems (MIS/CIS) from Elon University.

David Johnson

David Johnson

David joined Immedion in 2007 and currently serves as the Director of Network Engineering. During his tenure at Immedion, David has built and maintained one of the most robust networks in the southeast. Immedion’s network is designed to efficiently and effectively meet customer needs and deliver the level of uptime and performance that Immedion is known for. He took classes at Clemson University and holds both CCNA and CCNP certifications.

Kevin Mills

Kevin Mills

Kevin serves as Immedion’s Director of Customer Services, a key position given Immedion’s focus as a customer first organization. He is responsible for leading our customer service initiatives and ensuring we deliver unparalleled support and assistance. Under his leadership, our customer service team has reduced the average time to answer support calls to 10 seconds or less and has increased same-day resolutions. Prior to joining Immedion, Kevin served as IT Business Operations Manager at Pomeroy, where he oversaw desktop support operations and managed service delivery improvements.

Adam Larkins

Adam Larkins

As Director of Facilities Operations, Adam Larkins is responsible for leading all facility operations and maintenance related to systems and infrastructure across all seven Immedion facilities. Adam previously served as Immedion’s Data Center Facilities Manager in Cincinnati and has over 20 years of industrial electrical and data center design experience. He has demonstrated strong dedication to maintaining and managing the power and control systems within a technical environment.

Patrick Gill

Patrick Gill

As Immedion’s Director of Engineering Services, Patrick leads our team of Systems Engineers. He oversees Immedion’s technical services and data center resources to ensure they are of the highest quality and assures the timely and accurate delivery of services to our customers. Patrick has worked in the field of technology for over a decade  and attended Indiana University and Purdue University. He holds a bachelor’s degree.

Chris Campbell

Chris Campbell

As Infrastructure Services Manager, Chris leads the team responsible for the design, deployment and maintenance of Immedion’s Cloud, Backup and Disaster Recovery services and products. Chris joined Immedion in 2011 as a Systems Engineer and has been a valuable resource, both internally and to clients, throughout his tenure at the company. Chris holds multiple VMware VCP certifications.

Dan Logsdon

Dan Logsdon

Dan joined Immedion in 2012 and currently serves as Engineering Services Technical Lead. As such, he provides technical guidance to the Engineering Services team and collaborates regularly with clients, serving as a key component in the delivery of services to customers. Dan’s technical aptitude has been essential in the success of countless service implementations for our customers. He earned his bachelor’s degree from ECPI University.
