Meet Your Team
As Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, Brad is responsible for guiding the company's technology strategy and execution, ensuring maximum uptime and performance, and driving on-going product development. Working with organizations of all sizes and across all industries, Brad is a trusted advisor in helping clients determine the right solution for their IT infrastructure. Brad earned his Computer Information Systems degree from Clemson University.
Jon initially joined Immedion as Director of Operations and Engineering in Charleston, and in 2014, Jon was promoted to Director of Operations and Engineering for Immedion’s data center facilities in the Carolinas. As such, Jon implements standard business processes and best practices to ensure our mission-critical operations are protected and always available. He leads Immedion’s site engineering team which provides front-line technical support and our special projects team which recently implemented our ERP (enterprise resource planning) software. Jon Nelson earned a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and Computer Information Systems (MIS/CIS) from Elon University.
David joined Immedion in 2007 and currently serves as the Director of Network Engineering. During his tenure at Immedion, David has built and maintained one of the most robust networks in the southeast. Immedion’s network is designed to efficiently and effectively meet customer needs and deliver the level of uptime and performance that Immedion is known for. He took classes at Clemson University and holds both CCNA and CCNP certifications.
Edward serves as Immedion’s Director of Customer Services. Immedion is a customer first organization, and we pride ourselves on delivering unparalleled support and assistance. Edward is responsible for leading our customer service initiatives and ensuring our response is always on. Under his leadership, our team has answered support calls in ten seconds or less and is generally able to provide same-day resolution to problems. Prior to Immedion, Edward served as the Manager of Charter Business Sales Operations, where he provided enterprise-wide Sales Support Account Coordination. Edward studied Business Administration at the University of South Carolina with an emphasis on Management Information Systems and Personnel Management.
As Director of Facilities Operations, Adam Larkins is responsible for leading all facility operations and maintenance related to systems and infrastructure across all seven Immedion facilities. Adam previously served as Immedion’s Data Center Facilities Manager in Cincinnati and has over 20 years of industrial electrical and data center design experience. He has demonstrated strong dedication to maintaining and managing the power and control systems within a technical environment.
