Immedion Hires Dave Rettig as Customer Services Manager for Cincinnati

Cincinnati, OH (May 2017) Immedion LLC, a premiere provider of Cloud, data center and managed services, is pleased to announce the hiring of Dave Rettig as Customer Services Manager in Cincinnati. In his new role, Dave will be responsible for the development, monitoring and enforcement of Immedion’s service delivery policies and processes to ensure stellar customer service for the growing Cincinnati customer base.

Dave comes to Immedion with over a decade of experience in customer service and IT. He most recently served as the Service Desk Manager for Enerfab, where he supervised a team that achieved a 99% customer satisfaction rating under his management. Dave holds a Bachelor of Elected Studies and an Associate’s degree in Management from Thomas More College. He is certified in CompTIA Network+ as well as HDI Support Center Analyst Certified.
