Asheville, NC (Sept. 2020) Immedion LLC, a premiere provider of cloud, data center and managed IT services, announced today the hiring of Jeff Sluder as Customer Service Manager for their Asheville, Greenville and Spartanburg locations. As such, Jeff will be responsible for the development, monitoring and enforcement of Immedion’s service delivery policies to maintain a dedicated “customer first” business philosophy. He will be based in Immedion’s Asheville location.
Jeff brings to Immedion a background in information technology, information security and law enforcement. He most recently served as Information Technology Support for Vaya Health where he specialized in information security and provided Help Desk support. Jeff’s other previous roles include Information Security Analyst Team Lead and Detective, for which he has been recognized by county leaders for his work in digital forensics and cybercrime.
