Cincinnati, OH (June 2019) Immedion LLC, a premiere provider of cloud, data center and managed IT services, today announced the promotion of Nathan Fultz to Manager of Customer Success. In his new role, Nathan will lead the Customer Success Team to focus on maximizing the satisfaction, value and retention of Immedion’s customer base across all eight markets.
Nathan is based in Immedion’s Cincinnati office where he previously served as Senior Account Manager. In that role, he worked diligently to understand each client’s needs and challenges and acted as their internal advocate. Over the years, Nathan’s efforts to foster relationships with clients has been fundamental in the growth and success in the Cincinnati market. He has been with the company for over ten years.
